Teams are a way to group several users together if desired. Users can belong to as many teams as you’d like. And that provides flexibility to accurately reflect your organizational structure. The teams you create will appear in a dropdown filter on certain pages. Select from that filter to adjust your viewing experience.
Every team can have one or more Team Lead, who can choose to receive notifications when members of their team request AFK/LMAFK. Being a team lead does not give you permissions of any particular role, so for example if you want your team leads to approve AFK they also need a Manager or Admin role.
